HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Please refer to the Care Guide for detailed instructions on how to care for your jewellery. 

IF I PURCHASE A GIFT FOR SOMEONE CAN THEY EXCHANGE IT?

Simply contact the Customer Care Team on contactus@thenudecollection.com within 48 hours of receipt. A member of the team will respond to exchange requests within 2 working days. Please note that all additional costs will need to be covered by the customer. International exchanges cannot be accepted.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE POSTED?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. During busy periods the processing time may increase.

IF MY PARCEL IS NOT CLAIMED BY ME, WHAT HAPPENS?

The Nude Collection must receive the item from Royal Mail before processing a refund of the item. Please note, in this instance, The Nude Collection will not refund shipping costs. It is the customers’ responsibility to claim the parcel. 

If the parcel is lost in transit during the return, the compensation will need to be claimed prior to any refund. Please allow 90 days for Royal Mail to resolve this.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

The Nude Collection accepts PayPal and Debit Card payments.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR JEWELLERY?

The Nude Collection does not offer jewellery warranty. Once the items have been received it is up to the customer to follow the Care Guide.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

All orders are dispatched using tracked courier services. Use the tracking details provided by The Nude Collection to check updates on your parcel. If you have not received any updates, please check your Junk Mail, or contact The Nude Collection for updates.

CAN MY ORDER BE PLACED FROM ABROAD?

Orders can be placed from abroad just as normal. All parcels will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for. Delivery times will vary on destination and are dictated by the delivery company.

The Nude Collection accept no liability if the courier fails to deliver but will of course attempt to trace all parcels.

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?

Once a parcel is dispatched, should there be any delays, it is out of The Nude Collections control. Customers can contact The Nude Collection or the courier services for further updates.

IF I PURCHASE A PREORDER ITEM, WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FULL ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The product description will provide details on the timescales for the item. For domestic customers, the preordered item(s) will be dispatched separately to the rest of the order. For international customers, the full order will be dispatched once the preordered item has arrive.
