Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.TheNudeCollection.com website operated by The Nude Collection Ltd. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all contracts entered into by The Nude Collection (“The Nude Collection”, “we” or “us”). By placing your order with The Nude Collection you (“The Customer”) are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

1. CORONA VIRUS UPDATE

1.1. Our office will be open as normal, however, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday and Thursday every week to reduce our teams’ exposure to COVID-19. For this reason, processing times may increase and your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

1.2. Royal Mail has confirmed that there may be delays of up to 6 weeks for international parcels and up to 2 weeks for domestic parcels as a result of the pandemic. By placing an order with The Nude Collection the customer confirms that the Terms & Conditions have been read and accepted.

1.3. If an order has been placed and Royal Mail is to close during this period, once the order has been processed The Nude Collection will not offer any refunds.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued patience, understanding and support.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

2.1. It is the customers’ responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order with www.TheNudeCollection.com.

2.2. The prices payable for goods are as set out on www.TheNudeCollection.com.

2.3. Once customers have placed an order, the payment must be processed before the item can be dispatched.

2.4. If there is a problem with the order placed please contact contactus@thenudecollection.com 

2.5. The Nude Collection reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.


3. PROCESSING TIME

3.1. The Nude Collection has a two signature process for all orders. Each order is checked and signed off by two members of the team to ensure products are of the highest quality.

3.2. Processing time can take up to 2 working days during normal periods.

3.3. Please note processing time may increase during busy periods.

3.4. Once an order is placed customers cannot cancel the order.

3.5. Once an order is processed customers cannot modify their order.

3.6. Customers are to choose the appropriate postage options at checkout.

3.7. It is the customers’ responsibility to fill out the address section carefully and correctly to avoid any problems.

3.8. Although The Nude Collection endeavours to check each address, If a parcel is delivered to an incorrect address The Nude Collection will not be held liable.


4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

4.1. The Nude Collection offers UK Special Next Day Delivery, First Class Signed For and Second Class Signed For Delivery.

4.2. Delivery time is dependent on the shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout.

4.3. For UK Special Next Day Delivery, all orders are dispatched the next working day and should be expected the following day.

4.4. The Nude Collection uses recorded postage for all orders. If the parcel is believed to have been lost or damaged in transit, customers are to contact the team directly at contactus@thenudecollection.com.

4.5. To track a parcel visit www.RoyalMail.com and use the tracking details provided by The Nude Collection.

4.6. If the postal services are unable to deliver a parcel, a card will be left as proof. The parcel will either be left at the post office or the postal services will reattempt to deliver.

4.7. If the parcel is not claimed, Royal Mail will return it to The Nude Collection. This parcel will only be resent once there is a response from the customer.

4.8. If additional costs apply, the customer is liable to pay.

4.9. The Nude Collection will hold the parcel for up to 48 hours after which the customer will not be able to claim back the item(s).

4.10. Customers will not receive a refund in this circumstance.


5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

5.1. The Nude Collection offers worldwide shipping.

5.2. All parcels are posted using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed postal services. Please note costs may vary according to the recipients country.

5.3. Customers are liable for all appropriate customs and VAT charges. If customers require more details please visit www.RoyalMail.com.

5.4. If customers do not pay the charges the order will be returned to The Nude Collection.

5.5. To arrange redelivery customers must contact The Nude Collection within 48 hours of the item being returned and will be liable to cover any additional costs.

4.6. Please note The Nude Collection is not liable for any delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

5.7. Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels to Europe within 3-5 working days. Parcels may be subject to further checks in customs increasing delivery time by up to 20 working days.

5.8. Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels worldwide within 5-7 working days. Parcels may be subject to further checks in customs increasing delivery time by 20 working days or more.

5.9. During holidays there may be shipment delays. Please allow more time for delivery.

5.10. For international orders, The Nude Collection does not offer exchanges.

5.11. If a parcel is believed to be lost in transit contact contactus@thenudecollection.com.

5.12. If a parcel is lost in transit, a case will be opened to claim compensation. If Royal Mail approves of the claim, the customer will be sent the original order if it is in stock. Please be patient.

5.13. If tracking details show that the parcel has been returned to us please contact us to confirm this is the case. Please note that not all parcels are returned.

5.14. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their parcel from the courier services if missed. 

5.15. If the courier services are missed and the parcel is not collected from the Depot, should The Nude Collection receive the parcel, the customer is liable for the cost of shipping. The price of the item will be refunded but not the shipping cost. 


6. EXCHANGES

6.1. The Nude Collection accepts exchanges on domestic orders. Customers must contact the team for further details.

6.2. For international orders The Nude Collection does not offer exchanges.

6.3. Exchanges cannot be processed unless the original items are returned in their original packaging and condition.

6.4. If the exchange is for an item with a higher price, the customer is liable to pay the remaining amount.

6.5. If the exchange is for an item with a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.

6.6. Exchange requests are to be made within 48 hours after the customer has received the items.

6.7. Customers are liable for all the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

6.8. Customers must return the products within 2 working days of the exchange request confirmation. If this is not the case, the exchange will be at The Nude Collection’s discretion.

6.9. When the item is exchanged, customers must print and complete the Exchanges Form which can be requested at contactus@thenudecollection.com.

6.10. If for any reason the details are not completed, the item(s) will not be exchanged or refunded.

6.11. Customers are strongly advised to send orders back by recorded delivery. The Nude Collection cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

6.12. Please note that not all items are exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Please see the product description for details.


7. REFUNDS

7.1. Refunds are not accepted at any time.

7.2. A replacement item will be sent if there is a manufacturing issue once the original item has been returned.

7.3. Customers are to contact the team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item, with an image. Please send the images of the faulty item to contactus@thenudecollection.com.

7.4. If the given time is exceeded then the exchange will not be completed. In this case The Nude Collections will not be held responsible.

7.5. Replacements for faulty images are not guaranteed unless approved by the disputes team.

7.6. Replacements will be dispatched within 1-2 working days once the replacement request has been approved.

7.7. Please note that if an item is faulty, The Nude Collection will only resend the original item ordered unless it is no longer in stock.

8. PREORDERS

8.1. Customers are responsible for reading the product descriptions. By purchasing a preordered item, Customers agree to the expected timescales.

8.2. Timescales may vary slightly during busy periods.

8.3. If the order is On Hold, it is at The Nude Collection’s full discretion whether the item will be refunded if requested by the Customer. Please note once the preorder has been placed with the manufacturer, The Nude Collection has every right to refuse a refund.

8.4. If the order status is Processing, The Nude Collection will be unable to offer a refund at any cost. 

9. DISCLAIMER

9.1. The Nude Collection works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that the site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, incorrect prices or information.

9.2. By using this site, customers assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment used in connection with this site.

9.3. The Nude Collection is not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused.

9.4. Customers unsatisfied with the site should email comments via the Contact Us page. But the only legal resource is to stop using the site.


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1. All materials including images, illustrations, designs, layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this site are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled or licensed to The Nude Collection Ltd.

10.2. The site as a whole is protected by copyright, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by The Nude Collection.

10.3. To use images owned by The Nude Collection, customers must clearly state that the images are owned by www.TheNudeCollection.com by using either the website link or tagging The Nude Collection social media pages.


11. TERMINATION

11.1. It is at The Nude Collections discretion to terminate or suspend any customers access to www.TheNudeCollection.com immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation should the customer breach the Terms and Conditions.
